GH600 nickel-base superalloy
GH600 The early development of Ni Cr Fe based solid solution strengthened alloys, has good resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, hot and cold processing quality and welding performance is satisfactory, heat resistance and high plasticity at 700 degree. Alloy can be enhanced by cold working, can also be connected with the resistance welding, welding or soldering solution, which can supply cold rolled sheet, hot-rolled plate, strip, wire, bar, pie, the ring blank, forging ring, suitable for making under low load of antioxidant components in 1100 degree .

4.GH600 nickel-base superalloy melting and casting process:
(1) non vacuum induction melting and electroslag remelting;
(2) electric arc furnace melting and electroslag remelting; (3) the vacuum melting.

GH600alloy steel forming properties : has good processing performance, ingot forging heating temperature 1110 -1140 degree; the final forging temperature less than 950 degree, slab rolling heating temperature 1130 - 1170 degree,finishing the heating temperature is 1090 - 1130 degree. The finished product solid solution treatment temperature of 1010 -1050 degree.GH600alloy steel Good welding performance properties : welding, connection available electric arc welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding and brazing and other methods, large or complex welding pieces of the structure in the welding should be at 870 degree for 1h, to eliminate the welding stress.GH600alloy steel Heat treatment process : should be carried out according to the heat treatment system of the corresponding material standard. Annealed sheet and strip parts should be carried out in a protective atmosphere.
