Material 1.4083 equal material : SUH446,AISI 446 ,X8Cr28, UNS S44600
Material 1.4083 is heat-resistant steel, the Japanese JIS standard ferrite series heat resistant steel. Because of this kind of steel is ferrite, quenching can not get martensite organization. Because at about 600 degree slow cooling, on the precipitation of alpha phase after annealing embrittlement, therefore, from the 780~ 880 degree air cooling is necessary because of the high temperature oxidation resistance, therefore, the heat resistant parts under 1100 degree (sheet) and anti sulfur gases, high corrosion resistance, used in the heating box, nozzle, domestic oil heater's combustion chamber and other components.
