EN10095 / 1.4876 thermal processing and cooling processing performance and austenitic steels much the same. Thermal processing temperature of 1000 ~ 1230 ℃, simple processing can be carried out in the following 850 ℃. However, within a temperature range of 650 ~ 850 ℃ cracking occurs, be sure to avoid. Austenitic stainless steel cold workability exactly the same, but the work hardening characteristics slightly lower than that of austenitic stainless steel.

EN10095 / 1.4876 corrosion in oxidizing environments nitrate, nitric acid and sulfuric acid mixture, as well as soda and salt in molten salts have good corrosion resistance and susceptibility to stress corrosion cracking than the standard austenitic stainless steel.

EN10095 / 1.4876 Nickel base alloy application
Widely used in a mantle heater jacket tube, thermocouple protection tubes, heat treatment furnace, as well as materials for use in high temperature environments.
