Inconel600 Nickel base alloy steel

Inconel600 alloy is a nickel - chromium - iron-based solid solution strengthening alloy has good high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding performance, below 700 ℃ with a satisfactory heat resistance and high plasticity.

Inconel600 fit any conventional welding processes with the same kind of material or other metal welding, such as Tungsten inert gas welding, plasma arc welding, manual arc welding, metal inert gas welding, MIG welding, pulsed arc which welding is the preferred solution. When using manual metal arc welding is recommended (Ar + He + H2 + CO2) multi-component gas mixture protection.

1 . Erosion atmosphere thermowell
2 . Vinyl chloride monomer production: anti-chlorine, hydrogen chloride, oxidation and carbonization corrosion
3 . Uranium oxide is converted to hexafluoride: Anti-corrosive hydrogen fluoride
4 . Field production and the use of corrosive alkali metal, especially the use of sulfide environment
5 . Legal titanium dioxide with chlorine
6 . Organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides of production: anti-chlorine and fluorine gas corrosion
7 . Nuclear reactor
8 . Heat treatment furnace retort and parts, especially in the carbonization and nitriding atmosphere
9 . Petrochemical production of catalytic regenerator applications above 700 ℃ recommended for alloy 600H for long service life.
