In addition to the plate for top grade building outside, the volume of 55% Al-Zn alloy coated sheet with Cr-free passivation and anti-fingerprinting treatment used in home appliaance is getting bigger and bigger.

DC51D+AZ 55% AI-Zn alloy galvanized steel sheet for appliances is mainly used for cold forming. With 55% Al-Zn alloy galvanized coating, the Recommended nominal coating weight is 30/30，40/40，50/50，60/60，75/75，90/90g/m².

Allowable reduction of min.r90 specified is by 0.2 in case of product thickness > 1.5mm.
Allowable reduction of min.r90 and n90 specified are respectively by 0.2 and 0.01 in case of product thickness<0.7mm.
For differential coated products, the thicker coating is used as outside surface in bending test.
