GH145 nickel-base superalloy

GH145 alloy mainly Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb) with the aging strengthened nickel-base superalloy, below 980 ℃ with good resistance to corrosion and oxidation resistance below 800 ℃ with high strength, 540 ℃ the following has good resistance to relaxation properties, but also has good formability and weldability. this alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of aircraft engine below 800 ℃ and require high strength and resistance to sagging flat spring coil spring. can also be used in the manufacture of gas turbine turbine blades and other parts. can supply varieties of sheet, strip, bar, forgings, ring-shaped parts, wire and tubing.

Heat Treatment:
Sheet, strip, solution heat treatment system pipes supply state 980 ℃ ± 15 ℃, air cooling. Intermediate heat treatment of materials and parts, can be selected for the following heat treatment processes.
Annealing: 955 ~ 1010 ℃, water cooling.
Welding parts before welding annealing: 980 ℃, 1h.
Stress relief annealing weldments: 900 ℃, moisture 2h.
Stress relief annealing: 885 ℃ ± 15 ℃, 24h, air-cooled

Process performance and requirements
1, the temperature of the alloy forged between 1220 ~ 950 ℃ were easy to shape. The step of forming the alloy after vigorous solution treatment.
2, the average grain size and the degree of deformation of the alloy forgings, final forging temperature are closely related.
3, the alloy has good weldability, can be a variety of welding. Aging treatment available to approximate the intensity of heat treatment after welding completely.
4, parts heat treated in the sulfur-neutral or reducing atmosphere, in order to avoid the occurrence of sulfide.
